Come Alive, This Is Me, A Million Dreams, The Greatest Show, Just four of the great songs that form part of the story of the Greatest Showman!

Starring Australian performer and triple threat, Hugh Jackman, The Greatest

Showman tells the story of the life of an ambitious showman, P.T. Barnum and his

creation of the Barnum and Bailey Circus and the lives of its star attractions.

With songs that are full of energy, passion and inspiring, the film is a celebration of

the human spirit and the power of dreams.

After taking seven years to produce, the film premiered on December 8 th , 2017,

aboard RMS Queen Mary 2 and was released in the USA two weeks later.

Along side Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron plays the part of Phillip Carlyle, who is a

playwright and becomes Barnum’s partner.

The movie is full of great songs such as ‘Come Alive’ which is performed by the

entire cast and ‘This Is Me’ sung by Keala Settle, which received an award for the

best song in an original motion picture at the 2018 Golden Globe Awards.

It is the third highest-grossing musical movie ever in the USA as well as the third

highest globally.

Outside of the movie, “The Greatest Show” was sung by Hugh as he opened the

2019 Brit Awards and although it was not released as an official single, it became

the 18 th biggest song in the UK in 2018.

Keala has performed “This Is Me,” a song about self-acceptance and self-love, on

numerous occasions, including when she appeared as a surprise guest on the

Australian leg of Hugh’s 2019 world tour, “The Man. The Music. The Show.”

Come alive – which will feature in our show at the end of this year, is a song with

words that encourage people to break free from their fears and limitations and

embrace their true potential. With a feeling of excitement and possibility, you can

seize the moment and live life to the fullest. It is a reminder that you are capable of

achieving great things and that nothing can hold you back when you believe in

yourself!
