Been here before!

It was a great turn out by the CDS community to support and watch Lottie perform at

the Aces in Brunswick; thanks to all who came.

This was Lottie’s second visit to Melbourne to perform for the CDS community and

the students were super excited as she took to the stage, kicking the show off with

“Gimme”.

She got her audience involved with “Calling Her Baby”, encouraging everyone to do

a little dance move each time she sang those words. She explained how her song “Covered In Stone” came about after she had gone through a time of illness in her life. To date, this is her highest streamed song on Spotify with 65,573 streams.

We were treated to a new song she has released this year called “Been Here

Before”, which is currently her second highest streamed song.

After the show finished, the students took to the floor dancing, whilst Lottie mingled

through and chatted to the CDS community. The next day the CDS community came together again for a workshop with Lottie. In a Q&A session, we learned about her journey in the music industry to date. We played some games together and Lottie signed merch for us. She also taught and choreographed a dance with us that will be in our show later this year.

Thanks, Lottie, for making the trip to Melbourne from New Zealand, especially to

perform for us. It was great spending time with you.
